CaltriloPrivacy policy

Suzushinlab (the “operator”) handles information in Caltrilo (the “service”) as described below.
1. Data stored on your device
Games, analysis, puzzles, training history, and settings are generally stored in your browser using IndexedDB and similar storage. Analysis runs locally; the service does not collect or store this data on an analysis server. Data may also be saved to backup files or folders you choose.
2. Information processed over the network
- To deliver and secure the service, infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare may process IP addresses, access times, request URLs, and browser information.
- When importing external games, the username and related details you enter are sent to Chess.com or Lichess.
- Pro verification sends your license key to the service API and Polar to check status, customer identifiers, and expiration. The subscription portal uses a verified customer identifier.
- Creating a checkout sends the selected plan, display language, and, depending on the environment, your IP address to Polar.
- If you contact us, we process your contact details and message to respond.
3. Payments and external services
Polar provides paid-plan checkout. Polar and its payment providers process your name, email address, billing details, and payment information under their own policies. The app does not receive card numbers. External providers may process information outside your country. See Polar’s privacy policy、Cloudflare’s privacy policy, and the policies of each game provider.
4. Purposes and sharing
Information is used to provide the service, manage licenses and subscriptions, prevent misuse, address incidents, respond to inquiries, and comply with legal obligations. Personal information is not shared with third parties except with consent, as necessary to provide the service through external providers, or as required by law. We do not sell information.
5. Browser storage and cookies
Your license key and verified entitlement are stored in local storage. License keys are excluded from chess ZIP backups. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, device and browser information, and counts of selected app actions, using cookies and similar identifiers. We do not include games, usernames, license keys, or form contents in custom analytics events. Advertising personalization is disabled. Google may process this information outside your country under its privacy policy. Before consent, the Google tag is not loaded. You can decline or withdraw consent using “Privacy choices” on any page. Cloudflare and Polar may also use cookies for security and payments.
6. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it in the app or browser, or until the browser clears its storage. You can remove a registered license in settings. Delete exported backups yourself. Payment records and infrastructure logs are retained according to each provider’s policies and applicable law. Deleting local data does not cancel a paid subscription.
7. Security and your rights
We take reasonable measures, including encrypted communications and server-side secret management. Requests concerning personal information held by the operator, including access, correction, deletion, or restriction, are handled under applicable law after identity verification. The operator cannot directly view or delete data stored on your device.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as features or laws change. Significant changes will be announced in the service, and consent obtained where legally required. Contact us through Contact form on the creator’s blog. Please do not include card information or license keys in your inquiry.
